GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The offer and sale of products made on the site www.giuseppeconca.com are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The Customer is required, before submitting his/her purchase order, to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale. Submitting the purchase order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of both the aforementioned General Conditions of Sale and of what is indicated in the Order Form.
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer is required to print and keep these General Conditions of Sale and the related Order Form, already viewed and accepted.
OBJECT
These General Conditions of Sale concern the sale of products carried out online via the e-commerce service on the website www.giuseppeconca.com.
The products sold on the website www.giuseppeconca.com can be purchased and delivered exclusively in the countries indicated in the Order Form. Any orders for shipments to be made outside of these countries will be automatically rejected during the order processing procedure.
SUBJECTS
The products are sold directly by Procalz srl with registered and administrative headquarters in Viale Contrada Curatoio, 28 Trani (BT) Italy, tax code and VAT number 08113230729 (hereinafter "Seller").

These General Conditions of Sale govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.giuseppeconca.com and do not, however, govern the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller who are present on www.giuseppeconca.com, via links, banners, or other hyperlinks.
Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller, we recommend checking their terms of sale, as the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller.
The products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered when completing and submitting the electronic order form, with simultaneous acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
SALES VIA E-COMMERCE SERVICE
To conclude the purchase contract for one or more Products, you must complete the electronic order form (hereinafter, the Order) and send it to the Seller online following the relevant instructions.
Although the Seller constantly takes measures to ensure that the photographs displayed on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, including the adoption of every possible technological solution to minimize inaccuracies, some variations are always possible due to the technical characteristics and color resolution of the computer you are using. Consequently, the Seller will not be responsible for any inadequacy of the graphic representations of products displayed on the Site due to the aforementioned technical reasons, since such representations are merely illustrative.
Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the Information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.
The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your Order Form online, after verifying the accuracy of the data relating to your order.
The language available for concluding the contract with the Seller is Italian, and the applicable law is Italian law.
Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will process your Order.
ORDER PROCESSING
By submitting your Order online, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with the Seller.
Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you an Order Confirmation by email, containing a summary of the information already contained in the Order.
The Seller reserves the right, before sending the Order Confirmation, to request further information from you via email or the telephone number you provided regarding the Order you submitted online.
If the products presented on the website are no longer available or for sale after the Order has been submitted, the Seller will notify you promptly and in any case within ten (10) working days from the day following the day on which you sent your order to the Seller, any unavailability of the Products ordered.
In this case the sum previously committed to the Customer's payment method will be released.
Where, following such communication of temporary unavailability of the Product, the Customer formally communicates the desire to proceed with the purchase of the Product, the Seller may decide to exceptionally produce the Product, with delivery times not less than 15 days compared to the Customer's formalised will.
In this case, however, it will not be possible to proceed with returns.
Each sale made by the Seller through the online sales service may concern one or more products.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute regarding a previous order.
The Seller will make every effort to ensure that the E-shop service is not interrupted in any way. However, even acting with the utmost diligence, downtime cannot be ruled out. The Seller reserves the right to vary and suspend the service at any time.
SALES PRICES
Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all Product prices listed on the website and in the Order are inclusive of VAT and expressed in Euros.
The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated on the website at the time the Order is transmitted online.
Product prices and shipping and delivery costs are subject to change without notice.
All Products are shipped directly from Italy.
The prices of the Products and the shipping and delivery costs indicated on the website and in the Order, unless otherwise specified, are to be considered exclusive of any costs related to customs duties and related taxes if the shipment takes place in non-EU countries or in countries where the current legislation provides for import charges.
PAYMENT METHODS
To pay the price of the Products and the related shipping and delivery costs, you can use one of the methods indicated in the order form on the website www.giuseppeconca.com.
If you have a PayPal account, the Seller offers the possibility of making payments directly using the email address and password with which you registered on www.paypal.it.
At no point during the purchase process will the Seller be able to access your credit card information. This data will be transmitted via a secure, encrypted connection directly to the website of the entity managing the electronic payment (bank or PayPal). The Seller will not store this data in any computer archive. Therefore, under no circumstances can the Seller be held liable for any fraudulent or improper use of credit or prepaid cards by third parties.
Bank Transfer: If payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased products will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer upon receipt of the payment, typically within two to three days of the transfer.
Payment by cash: If payment is made by cash, the price of the purchased product must be confirmed upon delivery of the goods.
Cash on delivery: If the consumer chooses to pay cash on delivery within the national territory, the agreed-upon price of the purchased product will be increased by €8.00.
SHIPMENTS
Each shipment contains the ordered product, the relevant delivery document, any accompanying documentation required based on the country of shipment, and any informational and marketing material.
Product delivery times vary depending on the country:
Shipments to Italy: 3 or 4 working days
Shipments to EEC countries: 5 or 6 working days
Home delivery to the Customer: The purchased products will be delivered by the courier selected by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Customer on the Order.
Upon receipt of the package, the Customer must check the integrity of the packages at the time of delivery. In the event of any anomalies, the Customer must have the courier report them and accurately note them and refuse the delivery, or accept the package with a "right of reservation". Otherwise, the Customer will lose the right to assert rights in this regard.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Only branded products produced directly by the Seller using handcrafted methods are offered for sale on www.giuseppeconca.com. They are considered limited edition products.
The Seller does not sell used products. The manual manufacturing process and finishes (including aging/vintage wear) are part of the product. Handcrafted workmanship makes the product unique, and therefore it may differ from the product images shown on the site.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented within each product page.
The customer guarantees that designs or modifications (customizations) do not violate third-party rights. All violations of copyright, personality rights, or name rights are the full responsibility of the customer.
WASHING NOTES – STUDS
To prevent rust from forming due to water deposits inside the studs, it is advisable to thoroughly dry the inside of the shoe with a hairdryer after washing.
In any case, the risk of rust is minimal.
DISCLAIMER
The Seller is not responsible under any circumstances for materials sent by third parties for the creation of customized shoes or personalized items, whether text, images, or graphic works, and assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by the creation, marketing, or publication of such customized items.
The user is fully responsible in the event of creation and marketing of items containing material:
• protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights
• obscene, defamatory, or offensive to public morals
• which may offend or damage third parties
The Seller reserves the right not to process orders whose printed content is considered illegal or offensive.
REPORTS
If material subject to copyright or violation of the law has been published inadvertently, please notify us at www.giuseppeconca.com and we will immediately remove it.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 concerning electronic commerce.
In the event of disputes between the Seller and each end user, the competent court is that of Trani.
RETURN PROCEDURES AND SHOPPING VOUCHER
The Customer has the right to return the product within 15 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005.
Conditions for accepting returns:
The protective film under the sole must be intact
The shoe must not be worn or damaged
The product must be returned in its original packaging
Refund via shopping voucher:
In the event of a compliant return, Giuseppe Conca will issue a shopping voucher of equal value to the amount paid, usable within 6 months on the entire online catalogue.
Monetary refunds are not provided, as each product is made to order, in a limited edition and handcrafted.
The voucher is automatically issued within 7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product and will be sent via email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
